The agency is helpful by having great communication. They give us suggestions and provide everything we need. I like that they are reliable when one of the caregivers cannot make it. They can substitute another one very quickly. They did a great job with COVID-19 when I could not see her. I was still very confident she was receiving good care, and they truly care. JoAnn is the sitter for my mother. My mother LOVES her to death! We have all gotten spoiled by having her there. She makes her bed, gets her breakfast and lunch, takes out the trash, does her laundry, helps her with her shower and getting her hair washed, etc. She is great company for my mother – I know not to call at 10:00 because they will be watching The Price is Right!
