Mike Davis

Owner

Prior to opening Covenant Caregivers, Mike spent 15 years working with senior adults in long term care settings.  This included local and regional roles in retirement and assisted living as well as hospice care.  These roles afforded him the knowledge needed to navigate the often complex healthcare system for our elderly population.  Mike was born and reared in Jackson, MS and has a passion for serving the community of elders that reside here.  He attended Ole Miss where he earned a Bachelor of Business of Administration and an MBA.  He and his wife, Nicole have three girls and live in Madison.

Rhonda Boles

Operations Director

Rhonda has been with Covenant Caregivers since day one. She has been instrumental in developing the systems and processes that we utilize today. She directs the day-to-day operation of our Madison office. In this role, Rhonda is involved in every aspect of what we do. Her background includes over seven years of administrative work in the assisted living industry during which time Rhonda developed a desire to serve and be with senior citizens.

Patricia Coward

Community Liaison

Tricia’s primary responsibilities include new client consultations, care coordination, and community education. She has spent the last 16+ years working in the retirement and assisted living industry then hospice care. Through these experiences, she has gained a tremendous knowledge of senior resources in our area. As our Community Liaison, Tricia is able to offer “tried and true” advice to those we serve.

Sherri Barry

Staffing Coordinator

Sherri’s daily focus is scheduling our team of caregivers.  She spends a great deal of time talking with clients and caregivers to come up with the best client/caregiver match possible as she puts a high priority on client satisfaction.  Sherri treats each client individually and strives to meet his/her needs as requested.

Mallory Shinn

Administrative Assistant

Mallory serves in multiple roles to facilitate office operations.  Her primary duties include client billing, caregiver shift verification, and long term care insurance filing. Feel free to call on Mallory if you have any questions about your account.

Freda Jackson

Resident Relations Coordinator

Freda serves as a liaison between the residents of our programs and the appropriate staff member who can address their needs. Her 10+ years of experience serving elders in assisted living is evident in her interactions with residents and family members. Freda’s passion is finding solutions for seniors in a professional, dignified manner.

Joyce Conlee

Human Resource Director

Joyce is responsible for all the company’s basic HR tasks.  She spends a significant amount of time interviewing and screening applicants so that we have a dedicated, compassionate team of caregivers.  Joyce enjoys getting to know the caregivers and assisting other team members with making sure the needs of our clients are met.

Heater Schuetzle

Heather Schuetzle, LPN

Client Care Representative

Heather came to us from the home health industry where she served predominantly senior adults.  As our Client Care Representative, Heather spends her days visiting with existing clients as well as prospective clients.  Her passion is finding solutions for the needs of our clients and working with caregivers until a resolution is accomplished.

Hattiesburg Office

Alice Carroll

Office Manager, Hattiesburg Office

Alice joined the team in December 2019 as the Office Manager of our Hattiesburg office.  Prior to this, Alice worked for many years in healthcare clinic operations.  Her primary responsibilities include running the day-to-day operations of the office, interviewing and hiring caregivers, scheduling, and staying in touch with clients and their families.  Whether you are considering our service for the first time or you’re an existing client, Alice would love to hear from you and answer any questions you may have.
