JoAnn is the sitter for my mother. My mother LOVES her to death! We have all gotten spoiled by having her there. She makes her bed, gets her breakfast and lunch, takes out the trash, does her laundry, helps her with her shower and getting her hair washed, etc. She is great company for my mother – I know not to call at 10:00 because they will be watching The Price is Right! Thank you for allowing JoAnn to come to our house. We have been very pleased with everyone at Covenant Caregivers.

The office staff has helped me with all my concerns and requests to have issues addressed. If I call and say that my father is sick, they will send someone to come and check up on him. The caregivers are great and I have zero complaints. My father has a lot of needs and they do great at meeting the expectations for each of them.
They are so kind and wonderful.
The agency is helpful by having great communication. They give us suggestions and provide everything we need. I like that they are reliable when one of the caregivers cannot make it. They can substitute another one very quickly. They did a great job with COVID-19 when I could not see her. I was still very confident she was receiving good care, and they truly care. I appreciate that they are very patient with my mother and aware she can fall easily. They know they cannot leave her, and they fill in the blanks for her.
It was easy to get a hold of them, and they sent someone right out to find out what we needed. They’ve been easy to work with.
Thank you for the care you gave my daddy before and after his stroke. Those last days when we brought him home were as perfect as they could be. He sure loved Natasha! The caregivers were caring and compassionate. Leonard was amazing! Thankful we were able to bring him to his house and we were all able to be with him. We are all thankful for Covenant Caregivers.
